Gifted Testing

Gifted nomination are accepted August through October of each school year.
 
Three tests and a teacher completed rating scale is used to determine eligibility for the gifted program. 
 
The ITBS and CogAT are administered to all 1st and 3rd graders each year. We use these test results to determine who will proceed with gifted testing in those grade levels. If you would like to nominate a child in 2nd, 4th, or 5th grade, you can contact the counselor at [email protected].
