All elementary childcare programs are an extension of the school day and are housed on Glynn County Schools property. Therefore, the Glynn County Schools Student Code of Conduct will serve as discipline guidance, should behavior be an issue.

Completely fill out both sides of the registration form. Please give special attention to emergency and medical information. It is imperative to keep information on the registration form updated as changes occur. Forms are available in the school office or by calling the school at 638-2851. Completed registration forms should be returned to the school office.

Payment is due at the beginning of the week. After Tuesday, there will be a $5.00 late fee added to your payment (i.e., $35 will go to $40 if late).
Weekly Pay Scale:
- One child: $35
- Second child: $30
- Third child: $25
For a 4-day week, the prices are as follows:
- One child: $28
- Second child: $24
- Third child: $20

Failure to pay fees will result in termination of participation in the program. If a check is returned, a notice will be given along with an option for correcting the error. If the situation reoccurs, accounts will be placed on a “cash only” status.
Students can be denied participation in the after-school program based on an unpaid balance at any after-school program site operated by the Glynn County School System. If a child transfers from one school to another, the principal of the receiving school will be notified of the unpaid balance, and balances paid will be sent to the school where the balance exists. -
The A.S.P.I.R.E Program will operate Monday through Friday from 2:25—6:00 PM on regular school days.

Please pick up your child from the Gym on Demere Road. Pick-up time starts at 3:00 PM. If you need to pick your child up before 3:00, please make a transportation change with the office for your child to be a car rider, walker, or check them out before 2:00 PM with the office.
Students will only be released to persons who are authorized to pick them up as indicated on the registration form. The parent/guardian must send written permission stating the name and telephone number of the person who will pick up your child if it is anyone other than the designated person on the registration form. In the absence of written permission, staff will call the parent/guardian.

Snacks are provided at no additional cost to students. All snacks meet the nutrition established by USDA.
