Good morning! We have important information for our families regarding Distance Learning.
All teachers will utilize Google Classroom and Google Meet for instruction. Teachers will be sharing their class schedule with you.
We know that families are under tremendous stress and want to reassure you that we are here to help you. We realize that families may not be able to participate in all Google Meets at their scheduled times. We want to provide as many opportunities as we can for students to continue with their learning and engage in class activities, but we also don’t want to overwhelm our families. If you have specific questions regarding your child’s schedule, Google Classroom, or assignments, please contact your child’s teacher.
Chromebook pick up times have been extended. If you are planning to check out a Chromebook for your child, please make sure you have contacted your child’s teacher.
Pick up times for Chromebooks are as follows:
Friday, August 27: 7:30-6:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 29: 1:00-3:00 p.m.
Monday, August 30: 8:00-4:00 p.m.
Please also note that Chromebooks should be returned the day we return for face to face instruction. We use Chromebooks every day in our classrooms.
If your child has been absent this week there may also be instructional materials for you to pick up. These materials will be out front beginning tomorrow morning. Please contact your child’s teacher with questions.
Please see the attached flier regarding meal service. Please also continue to report positive cases to the school so that the district can make informed decisions regarding our return to face to face learning.

¡Buenos dias! Tenemos información importante para nuestras familias sobre el aprendizaje a distancia.
Todos los maestros utilizarán Google Classroom y Google Meet para la instrucción. Los maestros compartirán su horario de clases con usted.
Sabemos que las familias están sometidas a un estrés tremendo y queremos asegurarle que estamos aquí para ayudarlo. Somos conscientes de que es posible que las familias no puedan participar en todas las reuniones de Google Meets en los horarios programados. Queremos brindar tantas oportunidades como sea posible para que los estudiantes continúen con su aprendizaje y participen en las actividades de la clase, pero tampoco queremos abrumar a nuestras familias. Si tiene preguntas específicas sobre el horario de su hijo, Google Classroom o las tareas, comuníquese con la maestra de su hijos.
Se han ampliado los tiempos de recogida de Chromebook. Si planea sacar un Chromebook para su hijo, asegúrese de haber llamar la maestro de su hijo.
