Flower Art for Spring in the Artroom
We will be creating colorful flowers to be displayed throughout the school building during the last couple months of school! Public Art, displaying ones own art, museums, and galleries are so important in our human experience. From the beginning of time, humans had the desire to create, to tell stories, to share experiences and cultures. I hope the students from SSE take this passion for Art with them as they navigate through their own lives and experience.

Parents and Guardians,
I want to cordially invite you to come to the Art room and explore the wonderful world of Art! The class schedule is available in the link below. I strive to inspire and teach your student about Art, making art, the history of Art and the significance of Art in the human experience. This year we will continue our path along the Art History Timeline- starting with the Art of Japan and the Far East. Along the way, we talk about what life was like during that time and the role the Arts played in their culture. We also participate in several art shows throughout the community. Displaying art is an exciting experience for the artist and the viewer, and an important part of creating art. Please check back here periodically for more news about the dates and times. Thank you for your support in the complete education of your student and for allowing me to be a part of it!!
